# Wholesale purchasing for clinics on AnyScript

> Apply for wholesale access, browse bulk products at discounted prices, manage orders, use commission credits, and request quotes for out-of-stock items.

The wholesale program lets clinics purchase products in bulk directly through AnyScript at discounted prices. Wholesale is separate from the regular client prescription flow — it is your clinic buying stock at cost, not commission-generating client orders. To access wholesale, your workspace must be in a clinic context and your application must be approved by the AnyScript team.

## Requirements

  Wholesale is only available when you are operating in a clinic context. If you are in your personal practitioner workspace, switch to a clinic from the context switcher before navigating to the Wholesale section.

## Applying for wholesale access

    Use the context switcher in the top navigation to select the clinic you want to apply for.

  <Step title="Navigate to Wholesale → Apply">
    Go to **Wholesale → Apply** in the sidebar. You will see the available wholesale tiers and benefits before submitting.

  <Step title="Submit your application">
    Click **Apply for Wholesale Access**. Your application is submitted immediately — no additional form is required.

  <Step title="Wait for review">
    The AnyScript team reviews applications within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification with the outcome.

### Application statuses

| Status               | Meaning                                                                                                                                                 |

| Pending review       | Your application has been submitted and is awaiting review                                                                                              |
| Active               | Your application was approved — you can now access the Wholesale Shop                                                                                   |

## Wholesale tiers

Once approved, your clinic is assigned a pricing tier based on your business profile. Each tier carries a discount percentage applied to the retail price of every product in the wholesale shop. Your active tier name and discount rate are displayed on the Wholesale Shop header.

The available tiers and their discount percentages are shown on the Apply page before you submit — discounts range from 20% to 30% off retail prices.

  Your tier is assigned by the AnyScript team during the review process. You cannot self-select a tier at the time of application.

## Shopping for products

Once your status is **Active**, navigate to **Wholesale → Shop** to browse the full product catalog at your tier's discounted prices.

Each product card shows:

* The wholesale price (after your tier discount)
* The original retail price (struck through)
* The amount you save per unit
* Stock availability

### Filtering products

You can narrow the catalog using the search bar and dropdown filters for brand, product type, therapy area, and stock status.

### Adding to cart

Click **Add to Cart** on any in-stock product. Your cart count is shown in the top-right of the shop. When you are ready, click **Cart** to review items and proceed to checkout.

### Requesting a quote for out-of-stock products

If a product shows as **Out of Stock**, click **Request Quote** on the product card instead. You can also submit quote requests from **Wholesale → Quotes** using the product picker.

  Commission credits available on your clinic account are shown in a banner at the top of the shop. You can apply these credits at checkout to reduce the amount due.

## Managing orders

Go to **Wholesale → Orders** to see all purchase orders for your clinic.

### Order statuses

| Status         | Meaning                                                                  |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Pending Review | Order submitted, awaiting approval                                       |
| Approved       | Order confirmed — invoice available for download                         |
| Processing     | Order is being prepared or shipped                                       |
| Completed      | Order fulfilled                                                          |
| Cancelled      | Order was cancelled                                                      |
| Rejected       | Order was not approved — a rejection reason is shown in the order detail |

### Payment terms

Wholesale orders use deferred payment terms. Each order detail shows the applicable payment method (Net 30 or Net 60) and the payment due date. Payment statuses are **Unpaid**, **Paid**, or **Overdue**.

  A banner appears on the order detail when a payment due date is within seven days. Ensure payment is made on time to avoid disruption to your wholesale account.

### Downloading invoices

Once an order is in **Approved**, **Processing**, or **Completed** status, an invoice is available to download from the order detail panel. Click **View Details** on any order card, then use the download button in the invoice section.

## Commission credits

If your clinic is a prescription clinic, you accumulate commission credits from prescription sales. These credits can be applied toward the cost of wholesale orders at checkout.

Navigate to **Wholesale → Credits** to see:

* Your current credit balance
* A transaction history showing credits earned, credits applied to orders, and any adjustments

  Commission credits are only available for prescription clinics. Wholesale-only clinic accounts can still shop at their tier discount but do not accumulate credits.

## Quote requests

**Wholesale → Quotes** shows all quote requests your clinic has submitted for out-of-stock products.

| Product      | Product name and variant                          |
| SKU          | Product SKU                                       |
| Qty          | Quantity requested                                |
| Quoted Price | Price provided by the AnyScript team once sourced |
| Status       | Current state of the request                      |

### Quote statuses

* **Pending** — request received, supplier being contacted
* **Quoted** — a price has been confirmed and is shown in the table
* **Ordered** — the item has been ordered on your behalf
* **Fulfilled** — the product has been delivered
* **Cancelled** — the request was cancelled
