Protocol templates are saved product sets that you can drop into any new protocol instead of building from scratch. If you regularly prescribe the same core supplements — a gut health stack, an immune support plan, or a post-workout recovery set — a template lets you populate those products in seconds. Templates store the products and quantities; you still assign a client and add dosage instructions per protocol.Documentation Index

Creating a template
You create a template from inside the protocol builder’s cart, after you have added products.
The template is saved immediately and appears in your templates library. If you navigate to Practice > Protocols > Templates, you will find it listed as a card showing the product count, estimated total value, and a preview of up to five products.
Templates save the cart contents exactly as they are at the time of saving, including quantities and any refill cadence that was set. Dosage instructions and client assignments are not saved with a template — those are added fresh each time you use one.
Browsing templates
Go to Practice > Protocols and select Templates from the navigation. Your templates appear as cards in a grid. Each card shows:- The template name
- The number of products
- The refill cadence (if set)
- An estimated retail total
- A preview of the first five products
Applying a template when building a protocol
Click the Templates button
In the top bar of the builder, click the Templates icon (the grid layout icon). A popover opens with a search field and your list of templates.
Search and select
Type to filter by name, then click a template to apply it. The builder loads the template’s products, sets the title to the template name, and applies the refill cadence if one was saved.
