If your client has not received their invitation or is having trouble logging in, here are a few things to check:- Confirm the email address you used when adding them as a client is correct.
- Ask them to check their spam or junk folder for the invitation email.
- Share the direct login URL —
/client/login— so they can bookmark it. - If their account has been suspended, you will need to restore their status from within the practitioner app before they can log in again.
