/client/login.
The client portal is entirely separate from the practitioner app. If you are a practitioner, your login is at
/login — not /client/login.Setting your password for the first time
When your practitioner sends you an invitation, you will receive a link that takes you to/client/set-password. The page validates your invitation automatically and shows a welcome message with your practitioner’s name.
1
Open the invitation link
Click the link in the email your practitioner sent you. It takes you to the set-password page. If the link has expired or is invalid, the page tells you — contact your practitioner to have a new one sent.
2
Create your password
Your email address is pre-filled and cannot be changed. Enter a password that meets the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
3
Get redirected to your dashboard
Once your account is created, you are signed in automatically and taken straight to your dashboard. If the automatic sign-in fails for any reason, you are redirected to the login page instead — just sign in with the credentials you just created.
Signing in after your account is set up
Once your account exists, return to/client/login any time to sign in.
1
Go to the client login page
Navigate to
/client/login. Enter your email address and the password you created.2
Click Sign In
If your credentials are correct, you are taken to your dashboard. If not, an error message tells you what went wrong — for example, an incorrect password or a suspended account.
For practitioners: helping clients get access
If your client has not received their invitation or is having trouble logging in, here are a few things to check:- Confirm the email address you used when adding them as a client is correct.
- Ask them to check their spam or junk folder for the invitation email.
- Share the direct login URL —
/client/login— so they can bookmark it. - If their account has been suspended, you will need to restore their status from within the practitioner app before they can log in again.
