When your practitioner creates a prescription for you, it appears in the My Prescriptions section of your portal automatically — you do not need to do anything to receive it. Each prescription lists the supplements your practitioner has selected, the quantities, and the total cost after your client discount. You can review the full details of any prescription and pay for it directly from the portal.

Finding your prescriptions

In the portal sidebar, click My Prescriptions. The page shows all prescriptions that your practitioner has sent to you, sorted from most recent to oldest. Each card on this page shows:
  • The prescription title
  • A status badge — Awaiting Payment or Paid
  • The number of products included
  • The practitioner’s name and clinic
  • The date the prescription was created
  • The total cost after your 10% client discount, and how much you are saving
Only prescriptions that have been formally issued to you appear here. Drafts or internal notes your practitioner is still working on are not visible until they send the prescription to you.

Understanding prescription statuses

Awaiting Payment

The prescription has been sent to you and is ready to pay. A Pay Now button appears on the prescription card and on the detail page.

Paid

Payment has been received. The prescription is fulfilled or in the process of being fulfilled. You can still view the full details.

Viewing a prescription in detail

Click View Details on any prescription card to open the full detail page. Here you will find:
  • Each product by name, including the variant if applicable and the SKU
  • The quantity for each product
  • The price per item
  • A running subtotal, your 10% discount amount, and the final total
  • Protocol Notes — if your practitioner included a synopsis or dosage guidance, it appears here as rich text
  • Notes — any additional notes your practitioner attached to the prescription
  • A Your Practitioner card so you can contact them with any questions

Paying for a prescription

When a prescription has an Awaiting Payment status, a Pay Now button appears in the top-right corner of the detail page (and on the prescription card in the list). Clicking it takes you to the secure checkout — handled via your practitioner’s storefront — where you complete payment.

Open the prescription

Go to My Prescriptions and click View Details on the prescription you want to pay for.

Click Pay Now

The Pay Now button appears at the top of the page if the prescription is awaiting payment. Click it to open the checkout page.

Complete payment

Follow the checkout steps to enter your payment and shipping details. Once payment is confirmed, the prescription status updates to Paid and your order appears in Order History.
Your practitioner may update or replace a prescription at any time before you pay. If you return to a prescription and notice the products or price have changed, check with your practitioner before paying.
