Once you pay for a prescription, the resulting order is recorded in the Order History section of your portal. This is your permanent record of every purchase you have made — the date, the amount paid, your discount saving, and the current fulfillment status. When your order ships, a tracking number appears here so you can follow its progress. In the portal sidebar, click Order History. Each entry on this page represents a single completed order. For each order you will see:
  • The prescription name the order was placed against
  • The date payment was received
  • The practitioner associated with the order
  • The amount you paid after your client discount, and how much you saved
  • The current fulfillment status

Fulfillment statuses

As your order moves through processing and shipping, the status badge on each order updates to reflect where things stand.

Unfulfilled

Your payment has been received but the order has not yet been picked or dispatched.

In progress

The order is being prepared for shipment.

Partially fulfilled

Part of your order has shipped. The remainder is still being prepared.

Fulfilled

Your full order has been dispatched.

Tracking your shipment

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number appears next to the fulfillment badge. Click the tracking number to open the carrier’s tracking page in a new tab and follow your delivery.
Tracking information is added by your practitioner’s fulfilment process. If you see a Fulfilled status but no tracking number yet, it may take a short time for tracking details to be added. Check back shortly.

Order history is permanent

All your past orders remain in Order History regardless of how old they are. You can use this section to:
  • Verify what you have ordered and when
  • Check how much you have saved through your client discount
  • Find tracking information for recent deliveries
  • Reference past purchases when speaking with your practitioner
If you have a question about an order — such as a missing item, a delivery issue, or a billing query — contact your practitioner directly. You can find their contact details in the Your Practitioners section on your dashboard or in the prescription the order came from.
